1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using pickem.i8o8.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What Free NFL Pick'em provides

Free NFL Pick'em is a free convenience tool that displays upcoming NFL matchups, kickoff information, and point-spread information obtained from Slate's stored data, and formats that information as a printable pick sheet. The service may change, pause, or be discontinued without notice.

3. Permitted use and printing

You may view, download through your browser's normal print/PDF functions, and print generated pick sheets for ordinary personal, family, workplace, school, charitable, or community-pool use. You may make reasonable copies for participants in such a pool.

You may not sell access to Free NFL Pick'em, package or resell Free NFL Pick'em as your own service, remove notices in a way that falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement, or commercially redistribute substantial portions of the site without permission.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, server, Slate data, or related systems;
• interfere with availability, security controls, rate limits, or normal operation;
• send malicious code, abusive traffic, or automated requests at a volume that could impair the service;
• use the service to violate applicable law or the rights of another person; or
• misrepresent Free NFL Pick'em, Slate, or i8o8 as endorsing a pool, wager, product, or service when no such endorsement exists.

5. Odds, schedules, and other information

Sports schedules, kickoff times, team information, and betting lines can change. Displayed point spreads are snapshots of Slate's stored information and may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or different from lines offered elsewhere. The printed timestamp and the separate "Slate lines updated" timestamp are provided to help you judge freshness.

Use of Free NFL Pick'em is subject to the separate Odds & Picks Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.

6. No wagering or financial service

Free NFL Pick'em does not accept wagers, hold funds, set gambling lines, act as a sportsbook, or provide a gambling account. Any decision to participate in a pool or lawful wager elsewhere is your responsibility, including compliance with age restrictions and laws that apply to you.

7. Slate promotion and third-party destinations

Free NFL Pick'em is designed to market and funnel interested visitors to Slate, an associated i8o8 service with additional features. Links and QR codes may also lead to support or other destinations. Once you leave Free NFL Pick'em, the destination's own terms and policies may apply.

8. Intellectual property and league references

The Free NFL Pick'em site design, original text, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NFL, team, league, and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification and schedule/matchup reference only and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

9. Service provided "as is"

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free NFL Pick'em is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, i8o8 and persons involved in operating Free NFL Pick'em will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on odds, schedule information, printing errors, service interruptions, pool outcomes, or wagering decisions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes and enforcement

We may revise these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or systems.
